Ordered 2 coffees and 2 bagels last night through the drive through. The lady at the window has no customer service skills;... clear absence of positive attitude. If owner is reading, please train your staff to be more polite and respectful towards allcustomers, no need for salty attitude/behavior. Very disappointed. I ordered cilantro veggie bowl and they gave me habnero bowl. They can?t even take right order. Also, if they... don?t have stuff for the order they should have told me beforehand. VERY BAD , I?m just leaving @5:36 am , cars in lineup maybe four, but inside you have five workers five employees. I was inside... by myself standing there for maybe 5 to 10 minutes no one came to me and asked me can we take your order. I?m not sorry forsaying this place is very on organized. I?ve read through the reviews on this location and I?m not sure if people are tellingthe truth maybe it?s their own friends or family members that?s talking. But my experience here at the Tim Hortons off Highway50 in Bolton was the worst experience entering that facility. I wish there was a option of no star. Worst Tim Hortons I have ever went. The supervisor is so rude and Don't know how to serve... a customer. I went today on June 17 near to 9:30 pm and order 10 Tim bits and 2 french vanilla. I asked them that I have acoupon and they didn't scanned the coupon and charged me extra and didn't gave me the receipt. When I saw the charges on myaccount I asked her to give me the receipt and I saw that she charged me extra. Asked her that you charged me extra. Thesupervisor came and asked me so rudely that she is going to give a refund and took the Tim bits from my table. She was so rudewith customers and even with the other team members. I usually get breakfast from here and love to get the farmers wrap. They have very good food choices and drinks. But sometimes... they do take a while to get your order and drive thru might be pretty long but other then those, great place to get coffee,breakfast etc. Read more
