This place is ideal for a family get together or a reunion with friends. Food is good too. Tried their Monchow soup and it was... noticeably delicious. Also tried their sweet and spicy cauliflower. That dish is an 11/10. Ordered it twice as it was too good.I did not like their paneer starters though but got it replaced with a cauliflower dish. Lip smacking, lazawaab , lazeez food . Can’t authenticate! So our family group had ordered Indian food dishes varieties and... each dish was exceptionally good to savour. Naan matched the food. 10/10 for food quality and preparation. The service team wasaround our table so whenever we need anything, help was just aside. Prompt service and assistance too received by the teammembers. Visit for food authenticity and satisfying meal experience. So the service is questionable, from takeout taking too long to make, to the special offers presented being inconsistent from... one server to another. But, the food, specifically the hakka food was delicious. We didn’t try the Indian subzi menu yet butit’s on the list. And if it’s anything like the hakka food, we will become returning customers. I have visited this place based on the reference which is the biggest thing to any businesses. The food was delicious and not... the customer service. They are not welcoming and will not take any step to make it right either. I have no complaints for foodbut the staff or the service! I’m appalled and shocked at how this restaurant functions. In the midst of a pandemic when it’s so vital to screen people... for vaccination and face masks we were shown our table without even an ask for vaccination and IDs. Secondly, there were barely3 servers catering to the entire restaurant of over 50 covers. The service was at snails pace and I got my food when everyonehad paid and nearly after 4 hours of being in the restaurant. I would give Minus Stars if I could . Very very disappointed anddisturbing experience. The only great part of my evening was that I had great company and I got to share someone’s food so Iwouldn’t starve and stare at my friends eating. Please AVOID this restaurant. And yes, I repeatedly asked to speak to themanager and finally around 3 and half hours I was told that he hadn’t bothered to come in today. That’s such poorleadership. Packing and presentation was so poor. For Non veg momos -these are like frozen momos and not even cooked properly they are raw... from inside no gravy no sauce on the side . Moreover, They gave Fork instead of spoon for Soup and said we don’t havecutlery. i order chicken man-chow soup. and they put only 3 chucks of chicken in the soup. i paid 10.99$ for this soup. Went on Christmas day (early evening) for dinner. Not busy, only 5-8 tables occupied. Food tasted good and was spicy (slow... build-up of spice flavour).
