HORRIBLE. This location should give up Thai Express franchisee license. Soup came in foam container not even Thai Express. No... Hoisin sauce. Which Thai place doesn't have it??!! Asked for Sriracha and was given 2 pincy containers almost empty with just adrop at the bottom and it was not even Sriracha. Why be so cheap? Don't give the sauce in the name of Sriracha when it's clearlynot Sriracha. Chopsticks not Thai Express Branded as well instead simple Chinese take out one's. Broth for soup was notauthentic Thai Express more like salty water. Pad Sew was just noodles with sauce and few large pieces of pepper. Definitelywon't be coming back. Read more

I normally order on Uber eats but I happen to be inside of Bramalea City Centre and I remember the one staff with a elder man... just looking very mean and I remember I looked away for a while which my gut feeling was telling me I shouldn?t of looked awaywhen him and a other younger kid made my food? I felt so uncomfortable I kept thinking he spit in my food because I didn?tunderstand the rude looks and when I said thank you he just walked off and the young kid gave me a blank look? I didn?tunderstand the hate so I knew from my discernment to not eat the food from a awful person? Sad because I?ve been ordering a loton Uber eats.. but I stopped after seeing the staff? I ordered a number 7 vegan with peanuts, spicy and tofu. They forgot what number I ordered, discussed spicy in a non English... language and then didn?t put any green chilli in my dish. I believe they didn?t forget to add the spice, they just decided notto. I?ve never had Thai express like this.I had to add spice at home. Ordered via Uber Eats and honestly who would pack curry in a paper container that you use for noodles and fried rice? The curry... leaked all over to the containers below and filled up the plastic bag (making all the other containers soaked in curry). Endedup leaking outside the bag all over the floor. I feel bad for the delivery driver who might have gotten their vehicle messy.Avoid this lousy restaurant at all costs. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Read more

Ordered the Pad Thai with Chicken (no tofu) with medium spice. The dish had fresh bean sprouts and chicken, ample sauce and... enough heat to have me want more. The meal was $10 +tax and for a food court and the dish it was reasonable. Overall four starsas the server could have been more courteous (younger gentleman). Read more

We are frequent clients and the food is always great. My spring roll was a little dry but it was good. I had the chicken pad... Thai (medium) and it was very tasty and had a great kick to it. I don?t like tofu so I asked for it to be omitted and they did.The usual gentleman that always cashes is out wasn?t in today and he is always friendly.
