Ordered delivery. Did not send fire or hot sauce instead they sent 3 packs of mild sauce. Fries supreme was cold and had... minimal supreme toppings. The chalupa was also cold on arrival. Will not be visiting or ordering from here again. Read more

Poor customer service skills. Not just once, but twice when returning to this location for food. As I felt rushed when there was... no one else in line. Then also when I asked for explanation or clarification. As in my order so that my order was made correct.Also I was met with attitude even thought I asked calmly as I wasn?t in a rush or wanted to rush them. I would seriously lookinto some employees handling the drive thru or even the cashier as their customer service skills aren?t met even to a minimum. Read more

everytime i go there they mess up my order. today i went and ordered the spicy tacos big box and a crunchwrap supreme along with... large fries and cheese on the side. they did not give me my fries that came with the box and since i got the box i was supposeto get two sides, not one, according to uber eats. however, i did not get any, and they forgot my drink which i had to remindthem about. this happens too often and every time i try to give them the benefit of the doubt, they mess up again. i will nolonger be going to this location. Honestly, one of the worst taco bells I?ve gone too. The team is so RUDE! And disrespectful it disgust me. I worked at Taco Bell... before and I always ensured to provide the best customer service. They really need to be trained on what customer service lookslike. The first time they got my order totally wrong after I asked them THREE times if it?s good. I had to go home and comeback. And this time I went, I wanted 4 soft taco and the lady asked me something about a promotion for 5 tacos for 75$! I wasconfused and asked what she meant by 75$? As I thought she might have meant 75 cents; anyways she just yelled at me over thespeaker phone and interrupted while I asked what she meant. I let her know that there is no reason to be rude. When I arrived atthe window she yelled and was rude at the other team member and asked her to cash me out. If I can give it 0 stars I would.WORST TACO BELL ever. Read more

Since when does fast food drive thru automatically ask for tip? And then when I didnt tip the lady at the window loosened my cup... lid so that it spilt on me. I know it was intentional because she was handing me my drink then looked at the machine and pulledback the drink to "fix" the lid and then hand it to me and it spills everywhere. And ofcourse I was not given my receipt so Iwas unable to complain about this to corporate through the rate my order. I will not be returning. Read more

I visited this place for a veggie burrito with other stuffs. I have wait exactly 22 mins to get the order ready. When the order... came it was cold as ice. Even the employee didn?t toasted the burrito. They were having fun inside the kitchen and busy ingreeting any outsider friends rather than to focus on the quality of food. Not only me but in the meantime 6 customers had afight with the staff for not getting their order ready. When I had a fight for waiting so long, a girl just went into thekitchen and made the burrito in 30 secs and handed it over to me. Completely wasted my time and money. Never gonna come backover here. I ordered and paid for 2 cheesy gordita cruch and was given 2 regular hard tacos instead. The cost difference between the two... items is quite high and without a receipt, I can't request a refund. The restaurant profits from their mistake and I do notreceive what I paid for. Where's the incentive to correct such mistakes!? First visit to a TacoBell in a long time and, sadly,I won't be in a hurry to return nor suggest their restaurants to anyone else. Read more
