Ordered their Thanksgiving Feast tonight (hardly). Got home and opened their bag. Was missing the cranberry, the box of... chocolates and the pie. The chicken was over cooked. So disgusted. Every time I order from them they get my order wrong. Worstplace in Brampton. Will never order or go to their restaurant again. Complete incompetence. Read more
Rude order taking to start with, then over 30 minute wait, told we were given 2 free apple pies for delay, received one slice of... coconut pie instead which was kind absolutely, however the food was all cold, and there was NO chicken in my chicken Caesarsalad. Very expensive container of lettuce and obviously due to the wait it?s very busy, and I can?t get a hold of anyone. Read more
Service was slow with three tables and two servers. Drove down from Huntsville to have dinner with my father for his birthday.... Two beers took 25 minutes to be served along with apple juice and a simple water with lime. Daughter had pizza with a side offries which I?m pretty sure was no name pizza or pre-made (this took 35 minutes to come) and fries were soggy/dried out. Orderedtwo quarter chickens and a half chicken with an appetizer of perogies. perogies were freezer burnt and cold inside and they weresent back but they tried to charge me for them. Chickens were all dry which means they were either over cooked or left underthe heat lamp and when the manager was told this she got confrontational which was unacceptable as it was communicated from thestart for the hour and a half we were in the restaurant. This is my first time ordering at Swiss Chalet ever and will not order ever again. I ordered a take out for our dinner and I... paid $45. It's not about the cost of money you paid to be honest. If the food is outstanding, everyone is willing to pay a heftyamount. But the food that they gave us was incomplete. And the food was not even of quality. I also worked in a restaurant as amanager and I am sorry to say but the quality of food they serve here is not up to par. When I came back to the store to grabthe incomplete items in my order, the staff was so rude and insisting that I should talk to the manager instead, and notcomplain to them. I was so disappointed and frustrated that I had to waste my time and go back there and came home with coldfood. That night we ended up not eating that food. And was just so disappointed. Read more
Very disappointing experience at this location. Took the family of four for dinner and when we went in being the only people in... line and 1/3 of the dining room closed was told by the hostess we need to wait. Heard one of the servers complaining they hadtoo many tables. Looked like they were short staffed. So we divided to do takeout instead. Again ordered quickly then thechaos continued. Watched as people waited frustrated for their order. One customer complained to focus on the people here andnot the online orders. After waiting 1/2 hour asked to speak to the manager who advised another 10min so asked for the moneyback. As he was handing it to me the order came out and I asked that my order. The manager was surprised and said do you wantthe food or the money. No apology, at that point took my money and we left. Best way to say it is very disappointed at thelevel of poor service and lack of organization and staffing. Not worth going back at this point. Read more
