I ordered take out the other day, my go to meal from sunset. Eggs home fries and bacon. I would recommend that to everyone, the... bacon is perfectly cooked and home fries are cooked and seasoned just the way I like it. The options are pretty good! It's all day breakfast and you can get really full, really quick. It's on a more expensive end for... breakfast. It's also a tighter space, so it can feel like cluttered/overwhelming (which makes sense, it's a busy location) butif you're looking for a quieter spot, maybe it's not the one for you. Ever since this sunset location opened I have been a regular customer. Yesterday is the first day that I have experienced true... customer service and that?s all thanks to Bianca. She?s very mindful, polite, and always on point with my order. This is someonewho takes great pride in her work and her ability to serve. My mom and I come to this specific Sunset Grill very often and we always enjoy the quality of food served, but even more than... that, the service is consistently outstanding! Visited on a Thursday about 1 pm. I ordered the 3-egg breakfast with 2 bacon & 2 sausage that came with home fries & toast. I... ordered my eggs over-medium and they were cooked spot-on. Right in my neighbourhood and funny never visited. Had breakfast with friends and being Vegetarian its not many choices for went... t With Southwest Vegan Hash . It comes with guac and tomatoes . With sauteed onions / peppers. Tasted good but no salt oranything . Friends got Ham Sandwich and Vegetarian Egg white omelette . Overall good but hope the add more vegetarian options inmenu . I decided to give this location another try since it?s close to Walmart. I came in this morning to have brunch. I waited along... with some people at the front to be seated. About ten to fifteen minutes later, Bianca, a very rude and arrogant waitressdecided I should sit all the way in the back of the restaurant because I was dining alone. I sat here watching people comingafter me getting seated and served. AS I sat there waiting finally the rude waitress came over and give me a napkin andutensils. she ask if anyone came over. I told her why am sitting here waiting so long to be served. She said oh because you arejust one person. Are you kidding me? She was mad at me for voicing my opinion. When she brought over a menu I pointed out to herthat a gentleman came after me and Sat at a regular table up front was being served by her. When I told her that she said he iswaiting for someone I got up and put on my coat. She was like fine have a good weekend and walked away. As I was getting readyto leave another waitress, Wanda walk by and I asked for the manager. She went and got the manager, Lauren. The manager came andapologized and asked me to stay and to please allow her to serve me. I agree to stay because the manager was so nice and feltbad for the way I was treated. She wanted to make it up to me. As I sat there waiting Bianca later came around with a pot ofcoffee and just glared at me and walk pass. The gentleman who she said is waiting on someone was dining alone. He got his mealand finished and left. Thank you to Lauren and Wanda for making up for Bianca rude and unprofessional behaviour. She needsproperty training on how to deal with customer. I give two stars for Lauren awesome and outstanding service and Wanda?s friendlyservice. Bianca can learn from these two awesome people.
