Decided to try the fried fish and festival. I rarely do takeout. The fish was without flavor and soooooo dry, dry to the point... it has no fish taste. Festival was no better, it's like you're chewing to rubber. Festival looks very dark next to burn;however I said looks are deceiving. But not this festival, it very hard. Tried calling the number listed, because the food wasnot eatible but it was just a voicemail saying the customer is not accepting call at the moment. Food was pretty good. Jerk Chicken and the rice and beans were great. Coleslaw was ok. The workers could be a bit more... pleasant. The place isn't somewhere you'd want to eat at, the place looks rundown and not well maintained. Read more
Do not waste your money here. I ordered a large stew chicken and got 4 small pieces of chicken. One piece had blood when I... pulled it off the bone as it wasn't fully cooked. The rice had no gravy on it. I was so upset I called to complain and after theworker had asked me what happened she put me on hold where I was left waiting so I hung up. Im not a confrontational person soim not going to drive back across town and yell about my terrible order and disrespectful service but I'm so upset. I had to goback out to get something else to eat.
