Too bad experience?went there at 9:45 and saw people inside(maybe employees relatives) but the door was locked. The employee... didn?t even cared to open the door and she just signalled that it is closed. How can you do so? Why have other people inside ifthe store is closed? Such a cheap customer service. Timing of this location is 10 pm but from 9.20 pm they started to tell everyone sorry we are... closed. Placed an order at 5:37pm for a few subs, and the app says it?ll be ready by 5:55. I arrive at 6pm and nobodies at the front, i... call for help and nobody answers; I have to bang the staff door to get someone to show up, and they claim I placed the order 5minutes ago and have to be patient. Very bad experience in this location I went there I ordered veggie sandwich he didn?t ask me about veggie patty when I asked him... can you put veggie patty on it I will pay for it extra he gave me excuse he can?t do it. Do not get the soup. It was a cold day so I thought it was a good idea to do the whole soup and sandwich thing. I ordered the... chicken noodle soup....soup maybe, liquid with something floating in, the mushy white swirls resembling pasta ok I'll give youthat but chicken it was not. Unless I am in an alternate universe where nothing taste like chicken...including chicken then okbut I don't think this is the case. With all the MSG laced bouillon cubes out there one would think they could hit thisparticular ball out the park. Ugh Subway talk to Campbell's or steal their recipes and get your act together.
