My online order was supposed to be ready in 20 mins , and when I went in to pick it up I was told to wait till they serve the 3... people that just walked in before me so I ended up waiting 40 mins for my order. The delay was caused by the fact that there wasonly one person working during prime afternoon hours. That wasn't the worst part, they were out of a lot of toppings and breadas well. My order was supposed to be cut into 3 pieces and packed individually but it wasn't. My sub was completely different.When I mentioned this, they said they are out of ingredients, my cold cut is hard to cut into 3 pieces, and they can't pack itseparately because the additional wrappers cost them money. The food is good and the location is pretty clean and the people working there are very very very nice. The only problem is... that a cold cut combo sub costs $6.99 at this location but if you order it through the SUBWAY® app it only cost $5.19. Ithurts my heart to think of all the people that are being finessed by this selfish act. It?s so unfair and so unreasonable. Read more
I've never been to a subway in my life where I've seen such poor looking produce. Not only did it look old but there was ice on... every inside bin of the "fresh" ingredients.. And yes my people.. There was ice also on the meat container..like you know whenbeef's frozen and has that white dusting.. That was happening in the meat container closest to the walls of the inside.. I atemy sub (ordered a blt) and was good until I pulled out a large onion sliver that contained a hair (see picture). First and lasttime. God help me and my stomach tonight.. Pray for me Read more
For months now this location hasn't had diet/zero sugar fountain drinks available so if you're diabetic you'll have to pay extra... to get a bottle. Staff refuse to charge fountain drink prices for their lack of options. No Read more
