Staff is ok, service standards are not similar for every staff member- 2 of them heats cookie for me in micro one says it?s a... straight no. One cuts egg into pieces for me one says she can only cut into 2 pieces how the freak I am gonna eat this . Onemocks customer that coffee is bitter when customer accidentally said it?s sour. Asked for 3 sugar packets gave only 2 then ididn?t bother to ask again . Last time I came their crackers smelled like all oil I?m sure they were expired. People need tounderstand that there?s 1000 other chains out there but they chose to come to at your place so better do your job with diligenceand with proper consistent policies. Worst experience i ever have on this place. The owner lady with shades was so rude and yelling and saying sir u don?t anything.... She was saying no for everything and i worked for the subway but these people putting very less stuffing in the subs and when isaid them can you put the proper stuffing, then started yelling on me please don?t visit to this place. Usually come here and I?m served by a very lovely woman. Today a young man served me and he was also great. Who I?m assuming to... be the owner of the business was denying me a bag after he cashed me out. I was expected to walk home with juggling two subs andmy work bag. His excuse was that the government will penalize him for using plastic. I suggested to him getting an alternativeto plastic. I don?t believe a business offering any products should refuse a bag to their customers. Not every individual isdriving a vehicle and able to easily put their food purchases upon a seat for the drive home. If you?re refusing bags, maybe puta sign up and let customers know before they spend their money on your services/products but then are unable to take their foodhome and then get an ?oh well? attitude about it from him. He did give me a bag after I expressed my disappointment but again,with excuses that the government won?t let him use plastic, like he isn?t capable of providing a plastic free alternative. No bathroom to use? That use to be against the laws.. all subways also need to stop trying to give pink to white unrippened... tomatoes slices on subs. The whole had no issues with my request to take off the not ripe slices and replace with ripe slices.It's just been multiple times at different locations always have thus issue with the tomatoes Read more

I visited this location a few times. Place was clean. Customer service is average, they may not listen you properly. I had to... repeat how I wanted to had my sub couple of times. I assume store owner was there once while a girl was rudely asking me torepeat toppings again and again when I stopped her putting a different topping on veggie one. She didn?t accept that and firmlysaid that she was asked to put that topping by me. They won?t change gloves every time after using them for chicken one. If acustomer orders veggie and chicken sandwiches doesn?t mean it is okay to use same gloves for same order. Moreover, owner didn?ttake any effort to intervene, kept looking at and asked me to pay without saying any single word other than that. That was thelast time I visited the store. Read more

Good customer service! Polite staff and accommodating with requests! One of the cashier/sub artist i noticed was extremely... patient with highly demanding customer ahead of me. Commendable!
