Ridiculous experience today. I ordered 2 six inch subs on italian herb and cheese breads but they didn?t have that bread, and... made on italian white breads. When I reached for pick up, she didn?t even inform me that they didn?t have that breads. When Ichecked subs, back to store and asked lady for this. She was very rude and telling us that they do same thing everytime. Shechanged bread randomly without even ask us. And she was telling us that it is the same bread you can eat it why you want towaste food. Even after we told her that is not the same order which we choose still she was refusing and forcing us to take it.Then we ask for refund still she was refusing, than I asked her give me your managers contact if you can?t refund us then shewas telling that she is the manager and she don?t want to refund than we asked her owner contact number still she was refusing.I want to request the owner to please tell her to behave appropriately and do not disrespect customers. If you guys do not havethat breads then why should accept orders and made on another breads without even ask to customers. Read more
I have been visiting this Subway for a very long time and the lady behind the counter is nothing but exceptionally great. She... knows her job really well and makes best Subway I can ask for. This place is ridiculous. The girl behind the counter is not capable of being quick or juggling customers. This company needs to... either schedule more people so they have help.
