Worst customer service today 13.10.2022. I hope the store owner sees this and take some actions for this girl. She was working... here during 1-2 on 13.10.2033. This is frequently visited places for me . I never had a bad experience in past but I had theworst customer service experience today here. The girl here added pickles to the sandwich when I never ask her for. And when Ivery politely asked her that i never asked her for it she responded y did you point it then .. and seriously I pointed tosomething else. And the she took all her frustration off while I was getting sauces added. Horribly stuffed my sandwich with hotsauce. Her behaviour was worst even on humanitarian grounds forget about customer service. Read more

Terrible customer service. I was shocked when girl making the sandwich refused to give me extra olives stating that she already... gave me enough and I can take any other veggie topping but not olives. Even though I insisted that I will pay extra for olivesbut she refused. I wanted to leave the place but didn’t want to waste the food already made. Worst subway I have ever been to, i only got onion green pepper and jalapeños on a flat bread and when I asked the lady to put... a little bit more green pepper she said we are only allowed to put 3 piece of each veggie on a sub like 3 strands of onion 3strands of green and 3 piece of Jalapeños ???? I went two weeks from today; the service was amazing from both the workers. My only complaint is that it is obvious to know that... weekend is time when stores are packed with customers, than why to have only two workers working on the weekend. I rememberseeing those two girls working so hard. One was serving two people at a time and there were 6 to 7 people waiting in line at atme. The store manager or the area manager needs to understand their responsibility and put more workers on the weekends. Read more
