Newer, bright, high ceiling, wide open space. Better than most Starbucks with updated layout. Two espresso machines, less... waiting for drive through and in store orders. Of course, food is still prepared off site and similar to catering truckexperience. Read more

Even my 3 year old love this place. Patrick is her friend. He is a delightful person. We come here almost everyday, someday... twice. Everyone in the staff is friendly. We love all the hot drinks and most of the stuff on sandwich/wraps menu. Read more

The location and space is beautiful. The 9ne thing that took away from this was that the staff were extremely loud and rowdy... with one another for my entire visit to the point I kept getting distracted by them, or and couldn't hear my friends speaking,The music was too loud for my liking as well especially in the evening it's nice to calm the space and have a more relaxedenvironment in my opinion. I personally come to enjoy my coffee/tea and unwind from a busy day. Would have given 5 stars ifthese thibgs could be improved. ???? Read more

This 5 star rating is strictly for Simeran. She served us through the drive-thru today and was so accommodating making sure our... orders were perfect! That's what sets Starbucks apart from the rest. But Starbucks is only worth it if service is thisexceptional. Read more

If I could, I would give them -5 stars. Extremely lazy staff. They know nothing about customer service. Cold attitude. Spilled... my coffee and tea three times I was there. Told them I want banana loaf warmed up, served me cold loaf twice. They don?tregularly clean the facility either! Read more

1 star specifically for Sarina. Second time ever coming to this location. Sarina decided it was more important to continue her... nonsense conversation with the person at the cash, instead of serving the next customer. She looked me in my face several timesand completely ignored me. The other two employees were busy actually working, until one of them noticed me standing line,looked over and realized she had no intention of serving me, so the other girl came over to help me. The customer laughed andapologized for taking space in the line, but she never moved. And Sarina didn?t ask her to. You?re not there to socialize withcustomers, so do your job. And it?s so rude to not acknowledge a customer standing in line, even if someone is ahead, but thefact that you were ignoring me to talk about foundation was ridiculous. Another customer came in and she was still chatting withthe same person. I turned around and told him to go to the next person because the conversation is much too important for her tobe doing her job. Thanks Sarina, you?re real great at customer service ! :) Read more
