Nice little outlet inside Longos. Arvind was a good listener to my coffee request and quick to serve. The place has a few tables... to meet up with people. The only drawback is the intense sun if you take a seat by the glass. I visit often! Read more

Brown girl was not helpful at all. I asked can I use my points she said yes and after I scan my app she said oh we can give you... points on the purchase but you cannot redeem them here. I asked to cancel the order she said she cannot do anything about it.She wasn?t listening or simply didn?t care to listen. Poor experience Read more

Pasnitika is the sweetest barista at this location. I wanted a pick me up drink extra sweet and she made it happen. She has... great energy and a awesome personality. To be honest; I?m going to this place since last 2 years & their service was so good at that time. But at this time it is too... poor and newly hired staff doesn?t even listen properly. Most of the time they don?t have enough stuff with them and say no topeople for most of the drinks. Hardly if they?ll give you some drink and it tastes terrible. The quantity of ingredients in thedrinks are never proper. Thinking of not visiting there anymore. Read more

Poor, poor, poor service. The cashier had asked me upon arrival, how she could help. To which I had started to say "I am here... to..." only to be cut off mid-sentence by her "No we cannot." How she knew what I was going to say is beyond me. I had let herfinish her sentence, before saying I was here to claim a birthday drink after receiving an email. She proceeded to explain thatthey are not set up for points, which at the time I did not understand why that mattered, since I wasn't collecting points (Ihad learned after this incident that she most likely meant she needed to scan the card to fulfill the request, and that theemail would not suffice). Imagine trying to claim your first birthday drink and this happens. Anyways, after she was done. Ihad said "That's okay. I understand, thank you." At this point I had started to leave, but she continued to yell at me over thecounter (I was by the exit at this point). This was insanely rude, and completely uncalled for considering I acknowledged thatshe cannot fulfill the request, albeit not understanding why at the time, and proceeding to leave peacefully - after all, I justhappened to be in the area, it was not a huge deal, and at the end of the day a privilege and not a right. She had to get thelast word in, after I had told her that she needs to stop yelling at me with a "by the way, happy birthday." Not sure if sherealized what she was doing and thought that it would put out a fire she started all on her own. But I just wanted to say: I didnot appreciate being yelled at, after acknowledging your words. I did not appreciate the animosity or passive aggressivebehavior. And I certainly did not appreciate being cut of at every opportunity I had to even speak. NEVER COME HERE. Read more

It?s located inside Longo?s store and it?s tidy and well-maintained. At the moment, you cannot sit inside and enjoy your coffee,... so you can only pick it up and leave. The staff are very friendly and have good customer service. If you?re a Starbuckscardholder, you cannot redeem your stars here, but you can pay with your Starbucks card and collect stars. Read more
