Twice in a row, on separate days, I ordered a Tall drink at the drive thru and was given and charged a Grande. The first time I... chalked it up to an honest mistake. The second time is suspect. Both times they repeated my order as a Tall and handed me thedrink with a straight face. Both times so as not to hold up the line at the drive thru, I just took the drink and drove off,only to notice later that the size is not correct. Shameful tactic if this is done on purpose as I am charged more for a largerdrink than I ordered. Read more

Not so sure what?s going on with their supply chain/ inventory management but they?re seemingly always out of fairly coming... drink orders , it?s the third time in a row within a 2 week span they?ve been out of white mocha , surely the other locations inthe vicinity have similar suppliers. I ordered a sandwich and tea, but the indian girl who took my order took so long to get it right. Also she got the wrong... sandwich. Learn how to work in the fast food industry. If a person orders sandwich, put sandwich is oven then make tea. Get theright sandwich not any sandwich. She couldn't even get a receipt to give to a customer. This place is too slow literally. No lineup for once at the drive thru but the kid who was at the drive thru window named Aahil was too busy on his phone talking... to someone to help take my order. Why is the music SUPER LOUD. its not a club we are going to. I understand that music is important for everyone's mood but some... guests come in for online meetings. I couldn't hear my interviewee at all. I had to reschedule the interview. Just a suggestionto lower the music a little bit. It would be more considerate. Read more

Very slow service. The wait felt so long, even though I placed a mobile order for just one coffee. I was standing there for a... while but the staff never acknowledged me. When the barista placed my coffee on the counter, I said "thank you," but she neverresponded. The customer service here used to be great but not anymore. I will say that the coffee tasted excellent, but itwasn't the customer service that Starbucks is known for. Read more
