I used to love this place for their amazing pizzas. 1 star for that! Today I had the worst experience. I placed order online... through their website and I picked up the order after a long day of work. After reaching home, I opened the box and what I seeblew my mind off. Both the pizzas were burnt. They tasted so bad and bitter because of the over over cooked pizzas. When myhusband called the store to tell them about the issue, the employee named Palak(probably this was the name, working on May24th,2022, around 7 pm)did not listen to the complete issue and started saying that this is their regular pizza. When asked totalk with manager, she said that manager also agrees to the burned pizzas that they deliver. And did not resolve ourissue. Honestly, this place needs to train current staff as well as manager in how to make pizzas as well as talk to customers. Read more
It was different kinda taste and experience. Delivery guy left on the condo door and didnt knock or ring the bell . It was... sitting outside for 20 minutes . Got vegetarian ???? pizza which got soggy and cold . Had to re do in air fryer but was notsame thing. Was first time here and not happy with the service. I?m happy that someone recommended this place. Very good pizza. For vegetarians, ?Veggie Fans? is popular. However, I personally... liked Spicy Paneer more. They messed up one thing on my order, I asked for thin crust and got regular crust. Better confirmbefore receiving pizza. Still highly recommend. Read more
This place is great. Nice staff and very friendly. Pizza is really delicious. When I got pizza first time here it was amazing... but I didn?t give review because I wanted to taste multiple times before writing review. Now I think I have been having thispizza every Friday night and it?s still the same taste. They have a lot of topping to try. I personally love Tandoori pizza withbutter daisy topping. It?s amazing. Thanks for maintaining same and keep up the good work. Update: I would like to let you knowguys the standards have changed. Pizza taste has changed. Looks like The quality is compromised. The best takeout pizza I?ve tasted in a LONG time. Discovered Red Swan on Instagram and decided to try. Tonnes of topping... options, plenty of toppings and carefully placed. Love the added touch with the sesame crust. Plenty of sauce and cheese aswell. My family?s new favourite pizza spot! Keep up the quality and service :) Read more
