Hygiene should be number 1 priority and its not. They do not change their gloves after each customer. Ive even witness them... clean and then proceed to make drinks. I have emailed the company about this issue a month ago, and i was assured they would fixit. I have went there twice and nothing has changed. I have had similar experiences as others have stated as it depends on who is working. Sometimes I will get what I ordered and... sometimes I?ll get less or not even what I ordered. They seem to run out of classic tapioca a lot there. Recently we ordered adrink and they forgot to add in the coconut flavouring and milk since it was a smoothie. Instead of making a new one they justcut open the drink they made poured it into the blender and mixed it again. The problem is that the drink already had tapioca init and they didn?t get all of it out. So we got a blended tapioca drink. It?s hit or miss sometimes. This is not a complaint butnot sure why they play Indian music when you go there. I think people may get the wrong idea about the brand because it?s notwhat you typically think about when you think of bubble tea lol. Read more

It actually depends who's working and if you are lucky to get that individual otherwise if you order x2 boba sometimes you don't... get it and if you order classic tapioca they put homemade which I hate, today i bought a drink and dumped it, it wasn't slushieeither. It's hit and miss and honestly to get a miss with what this costs is not worth it, please speak to staff and have thedrinks done properly at all times with what is being requested. I don't want to have to call them out while I'm in there andembarrass anyone but some of us have small things like this to look forward to and when it's made wrong is very disappointing, so far 4 times this has happened otherwise I would not have posted. Got sorted out at this location. Great customer service. First time was watered down but it's been good since and support was... very helpful. The hours of operation are convenient too. They open before lunch unlike Coco down the street. Read more
My go to place for all my drink related cravings. I have been to this location many times and the staff has been super helpful... too to customise my order as requested. Had a problem once when my drink was not upto the mark but the staff did empathise andhad it fixed for me. So far so good. Read more
