Horrible location. I have placed 2 complaints on both locations thinking it would be a different experience depending on the... location. I even seen the same staff at the chinguacousy location. When I made a complaint the staff laughed in my face. Nocustomer service what so ever. The staff alone will run their business down the drain with the lack of service being given totheir customers. I am absolutely LIVID, it was 8:23pm when I arrived at the store front and guess what? It was CLOSED, no quik-ing way that the... store says it's open till 10:30pm when it's 8:23pm. How am I supposed to use their WiFi to order their food now? The passwordshould be clearly visible from the outside in case I want to order from another Quick Chik chain. Visited this location after reopening and the new owner is super friendly. We ordered 2 poutines and he made one with chicken... which tasted amazing. Mango lassi was also unique and tasted great. Highly recommended! Read more

The food was horrible.Wings undercooked, chicken was disgusting and location not very clean. The single staff who worked that... evening was friendly and tried to replace the undercooked wings with two stale pieces of chicken which ended up in thegarbage.The place needed cleaning..its a small location so wiping the tables and tidying up the counter wouldnt take more than 5mins especially since customers are few and far between ( now I know why). Later that evening I had an upset stomach..not sureif it was a result of eating there.I will never return to that location or any other Quik Chik.I will stick to Popeyes. Read more
