This place is absolutely unbelievable, i left speach less, it was after they closed i asked if they vould make me a drink but... there smoothie machine was shut down so they offeeed me a couple of bottles of bottles of ice tea with a discount i couldn?tbelieve it then i asked for a coiple cookies and she gave me way more thwn i paid for, the women owner has a heart of pure gold,if your havinng a bad day stop by ms foelda in bramalea and no matter what you get or wven if you dont get i can almostguarantee you will leave feeling super happy and the rest of your day will be blessed from Your experiencethere!!???????????????????????????????????????????????????? Recently started going here after multiple poor experiences at another pretzel location in Bramalea City Centre... you will... ALWAYS get a fresh pretzel at this location, and the short wait time is always worth it. My only experiences have been withKatherine and she is so sweet and has remembered me and my name as well. The pretzels itself are ALWAYS great quality, tasteamazing and like I said, THEY'RE FRESH. I watch her make my pretzels, whereas the location I used to frequent, you would walk byand they would have like 10 pretzels sitting in their display case, and usually not fresh. I really love it here, from the cookies to the macarons to the slushi is really good. It has a combination of a pretzel maker... plus Ms fields, which is an amazing combination. I would never recommend going to anyone. Preordered a cookie for Valentine?s Day. Came to pick it up and it was like a 5 year... old decorated it. The lady was basically yelling at me telling me that I was wrong and unreasonable. She continuously kepttelling me that what I want she can?t offer when everyone else picking up cookies had exactly what I wanted. All I wanted waswhat they had a picture up off in their booth. She then said I didn?t clearly say what I wanted when I ordered but wouldn?tspeak to the person I ordered with so we could clear up the fact that I did. Wouldn?t make me a new one or give me a refund.Instead told me she was done talking to me. I will share a picture of the cookie and you can be the judge of this situation. Themost shocking is she kept saying I do whatever the costumer wants but then would yell at me saying I can?t offer what you want.People in line were saying I was right and they had rushed my order, wasn?t done well.
