I've been going to this location for past 3or4 yrs. Believe me its one of the best locations! Food is ALWAYS fresh, never got... anything stale. Staff very very helpful. I've had Popeyes from many locations and this is one of the few that always is cleanand food it fresh. I even got my friends to buy from here because the one near them has stale oil and dry stale chicken all thetime. Please keep up this quality and service. Love to come here all the time! Okay folks, I gave in last Monday July 11th and I went with some junk food for lunch. I gave into the " Dark Side". I felt a... disturbance in the Force. I know, I know...me bad...me bad. Trust me...I paid for it with an extra 5KM run. But it was SOWORTH IT. I have not eaten Popeyes in years. But after a year in a rather never ending rounds of lockdowns etc.....I said screwit. I am going to have some Popeyes !!! I went for the combo 5 pcs. chicken tenders and fries. Although I have not eaten atPopeyes for years. I do pick up food from here whenever I have a family get together or when my friends are coming over withtheir children. We all know how much the kids love Popeyes right? I even doubled down by getting the apple pie/turnover. It wasgood, but I was not a fan of the ultra sweet/cinnamon exterior. It just clashed with the taste and sweetness level of the applefilling inside which was not pleasant to my taste buds. But that is just my two cents. What else can I add? The tenders weredelicious...sinfully so.....the fries are deep fried goodness all around. The staff here have always been helpful, friendly andefficient. over the years. Good location far from the buzz. The parking is big and inside it's always sparky clean. Tables will be neat and tidy all the... time. There wouldn't be much rush as this place is located a bit far. Customer service is good except the fact that they keepgiggling always. It's a bit awakward confusing as we have to figure out whom they are giggling at. The rest is okay. Washroomsare clean. What to try? Their fried chicken and their tea biscuit! Personally I like their fried chicken over KFCs because of the flavor... and the crispness of the chicken. I like the batter Popeyes's use too. We ordered takeout because we weren't feeling likecooking. Their chicken is slightly more expensive than KFCs but because of their batter and the tea biscuits, I chosePopeyes. I don't know how Popeyes compare with other chicken chains like Mary Browns, but for the convenience and the swiftnessof the service, I picked Popeyes for dinner. We ordered 13 piece chicken combo. Comes with a 2L pop, four pies, a box of teabiscuits, mash potato and coleslaw. Boy, was this meal filling. I liked the pie offerings. Not only did they offer the applepie but offer a raspberry cheese pie. I also liked how they added brown sugar on top of the pie for an extra touch oftastiness. Last tip? Try the chicken with some ketchup and hot sauce mixed together. You might like that extra kick of a dipto the chicken! Biscuits taste best when it's fresh and hot. If it gets cold, heat it up in the microwave for a couple secondsor oven for a couple minutes. Always ask the shop if they have any promotions going on, even asking if paying by cash might getyou anything, might score you an extra chicken piece! Don't forget about their daily deals.
