I would rate a 0 if I could, first off; the cashier said she didn't have change for my cash... While she's counting change from... the till. Cool. I gave her exact change. Second off; the cashier told me I couldn't customize a large? I understand there'sspecific deals but if I'm paying the money... Why can't I order what I want? Ring in the toppings and a large pizza~ correct meif I'm wrong but is it not as simple as that? Lastly, the attitude. The 2 stars for clean veggie toppings that i wanted on my pizza? I ordered an XL whole grain pizza today?. It had a bad... aftertaste and kind of bitter making it difficult to swallow down ? coz naturally the body wud want to resist when you put downa bitter or bad tasting food down your throat? i tried to call and make a complaint but the customer svc reps acted stupid andbehaved like they did not understand what i am trying to tell them? i am never ordering from Pizza Pizza? My son is very picky eater. Since we have order pizza from this location, he started to like pizza ???? and now we are regular... customer of this location. From the counter, the dine in and washroom are all very tidy. I want also to thank all the staff forgiving an excellent customer service every now and then. Today, I ordered a large pizza from here and when I open the pizza box to eat there was a bug in pizza box. When I call them... they simply told me to call the skip the dishes, they didn?t show any concern about there food safety, which makes me verydisappointed.
