This Franchise participates in a program Too Good To Go. This program is geared to prevent food wastage, as restaurants that... participate will have surplus of unsold food. When I went to pick up my surprise bag 9:30 pm, I was provided a slice ofpepperoni and a slice of veggie. I asked what they were doing with all the other food items they had, I.e slices andpanzerottis, the response provided was that they are open to 3:00 am. Mind you, I paid $5.99 for the surprise bag. It'sevident that this franchise is participating in a program for their own means to increase sale v.s what the program is intendedfor. For $5.20 I could've gotten 2 pepperoni slices which is cheaper than what I paid through Too Good to Go, or even went andpicked up a hot n ready at Little Caesars. What's worst, the supervisor would not handle the situation and pawn it off to TooGood To Go. Customer service would not do anything as well. Never again thank you! Read more

Ordered the creamy mushroom pizza and asked for regular crust instead of the thin crust it came on. Guy puts it in a box clearly... too small for it and by the time I got home, it was ALL stuck to the top of the box. Called PP CS only to get back $4 for my $12pizza because since it was ME who "changed the crust", i was being told that i wont get a full refund. How is them not usingcommon sense my fault?????? This was the worst pizza I have ever eaten. The taste was horrible, the slices were not cut evenly at all, some really big and... others really small. I ordered deep fried pickles too and they were just tossed in a box with no ranch sauce to dip them in. Ialso think some were missing as usually you get more then what was in the box. Really disappointed after spending 50 dollars.. tasted like old yesterday pizza, not fresh at all. Horrible... I would have given 0 stars but you have to give at least one toreview. Read more
