I ordered a special large pizza which is $14.99 this old guy charged me $15.99 I asked why he said because u added chicken I... said that should be still $14.99 he said it's extra still I said it should be $14.99 he said no it's extra topping $15.99 pleasesomeone explain this to how is it I ordered a special pizza with 3 topping and i ordered my pizza with 2 topping which ispineapple and chicken how is that counts as 3 topping. They do not need customers - not ready to answers questions about dietary restrictions and to avoid just told us that their... pizza dough contains eggs. Delicious pizza here. Although Pizza Pizza is a franchise, i have noticed that not all the cook bring the same taste of pizza,... and hence I am particular about what store I would have pizza from when I really want just pizza for the day. This is a newstore that i had to try as I was starving that day. Surprisingly, the pizza was delicious and exactly how I wanted it to be.Store was clean, less staff Of course due to capacity limits during Covid. Covid-19 protocols were fairly observed. I wouldliked if they would have strict following of these protocols. Specially the order takers/cashier. They should we sanitizing orwashing hands after touching foreign objects(eg.phone) I would like to see improvement in this area the next time Ivisit. Overall good food experience! Read more
Very bad experience! I ordered medium pizza from uber eats today but got small one. I went there again to confirm that is it a... medium pizza? (as I always order from avondale location and the pizza size is bigger than this). I was just confirming that in avery polite way but the girl at a counter showed me a lot of attitude and just showed me the order confirmation and gave answerin a very rude manner. Here, I am not talking about the money, pizza but I didn?t liked the way she treated us. I know thatrestaurant environment is always busy but it doesn?t mean that you need to show attitude to your customers. Very bad customerservice! I don?t like pizza pizza anymore. Read more
