I have ordered large pizza with offer of 3 free drinks but she mistakenly punch medium size and then said will add two free... slices in this amount as a Compensation , but then she charged 4 dollars extra for drinks , i felt it very unfair that i paid$22 for medium size pizza with 3 drinks where i was suppose to get large in $17 only. it was very frustrating and unfair Read more
This was one of the worst experiences. I ordered a panzerotti, toppings were pepperoni, ground beef and extra cheese. When I got... it, the cheese wasn't melted and the pepperoni was cold. She offered to remake it, the second time was not much different fromthe first, the cheese wasn't fully melted. I was told because I ordered extra cheese that's why it didn't melt. So, they decidedto send it through the oven again to melt the cheese. I will attach the picture of the outcome which they expected me to take.Even a customer behind me said to her that they can't be serving that to anyone. This location has the most incompetent staff at night. I would never come back to this location after my experience here. Not... only do employees come to "hang out with their friends" when they're not working they go behind the counter to chat with zero hair nets. I came in to order a pizza and asked for it to be cooked a few minutes longer, which clearly did not happen. Upongetting it and taking it home it after I TOOK A BITE INTO A SLICE I immediately noticed it NOT COOKED FULLY. I ended up havingto drive back to this location and with the intention of getting a new one made. The girl at the front counter put the EXACTSAME PIZZA that I BIT & TOUCHED BACK INTO THE OVEN WHERE OTHER CUSTOMERS PIZZAS GO INTO..... She then came to give me thebitten and touched pizza, well cooked this time and I informed her that I was expecting a new one and that putting contaminatedfood back in the oven was a health code violation. Seriously disgusting, as a chain restaurant they should know better andmanagement needs to seriously consider who they hire. The man not in uniform who I thought was the manager informed me he wasjust there to hang out with his friends and him being there isn't my concern when I asked for a refund and that human errorhappen. As a customer it is a concern when health and safety standards are not met .They seemed too preoccupied hanging out withtheir friends than attending to their jobs.
