Extremely poor service, we got pizza after 3 hours. First, delivery guy said that his tire blown out, then said he got pulled by... cops. We talked to guy over phone he said that delivery will be free. we got pizza after 3 hours and delivery guy said he isOWNER and asked us to pay full amount??????????? and + 15 dollars of delivery charges. It's a debate whether I'll order from here again. I called for pick up and was given a time to arrive but when I did get there... my order was not ready. I probably had to wait another ten mins. When I got home most of my food was stone cold, it was simplyhorrible. It was dreadfully annoying having to heat up a whole pizza. I believe most of my order was already done but they hadto make my poutine so it got my food cold. I noticed they were busy but the gentleman was keeping it cool and being friendly,but friendly doesn't cut it. The food was good but the wait time and cold food was bad. Read more
