Tried to order online last Sunday and was not able to order. Tried from my iPhone my iPad and my desktop computer and was unable... to order any pizza for delivery. Tried phoning their supposed customer care phone number at Bartley Bull Parkway and the personwho answered did not even say it was Pizza Hut - I had to ask if this was Pizza Hut and then she said yeah - she didn?t care youcould tell and was no customer care at all for me to order the pizza. I was told to go back online for another four hours to tryto order a pizza. Tried again today, and had a repeat of the same horrible experience, both online and through phone in therestaurant but yet I was magically able to order on a weekday - weird eh? Worst horrible experience. Can?t believe the ratingsare so bad here and the owner doesn?t even care. I guess he wants his restaurant to go down the tubes. There?s plenty of otherpizza places around not just his so good luck to you! Read more

I visited this store for the first time and was really very disappointed as I wanted to order the triple treat box but the... manager working in front tried to force us to get 1 large n med for $5 but we didn?t wanted that pizza offer, also when I askedfor the Indian Butter sauce she said it was out of stock since last year. Initially she refused to make any customization sayingyou can only get recipe pizzas. Seems like they didn?t want to serve us. Read more

Worst experience. I order for home style pizza they gave me thin crust pizza. When i call them they said dough was fresh so it... became thin. How does that helps me? I told them the image shown on website is thicker doesn?t look like thin, she mentionedimages on website are different from actuals???????? and just hang up on me. This is the WORST pizza hut experience i have ever had. There?s no way that this is pizza hut quality. You could literally walk... into any pizza place and get a way better pizza than you can at this location. Toppings throw under the cheese(which doesn?tmelt at all) the stuff crust is pretty much a cheese string thrown into some dough. Such a dry disappointing pizza. Pizza looked great until we took a bite and the dough inside was all raw and gooey. Called the restaurant to inform them and... they offered a credit to be used within a WEEK or to send a new pizza - they sent a new one, looked just as good, but sameuncooked dough. Never had "bad" Pizza Hut ever - until this location!! Much rather drive to another location instead ofordering from this one! Read more
