All the excitement having pizza from pizza hut with kids vanished the moment boxes were opened. Pizza was ordered on Saturday... night 10/16/2021, delivery was 25 minutes late, i waited 10 minutes so i called store and was told driver's pay machine was notworking so he went back. Then when he finally arrived he spent 6 minutes in his car again playing with machine. I paid him cashso he don't have to come back but when i opened boxes i was so disappointed. Out of 4 3 pizzas were mashed to one side as if hehas dropped then somewhere. The pictures u seen are when i actually fixed them a bit. No need to tell that as pizzas were in theboxes for 1 hour they will be cold. Very disappointed. Read more
I?m very disappointed at this Pizza Hut location. I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered pizza for my kids and as soon as... they took a bite they found hair strands cooked within the pizza. This isn?t the first time I have had this problem with thislocation. This isn?t good for your health. I took pictures, videos and brought them to the manger. Worst Costumer Service! Theemployees there are extremely rude and very disrespectful. I am a costumer who is trying to report a problem you?ve caused whyare you screaming and swearing at me. They have NO work ethic. Go-to spot for pizza that hits close to home. Butter chicken pizza ???? I personally always go for the pan-crust, love the base... which is just right and the dough doesn?t seem tough to chew. If I could, I would give this place 0 stars. Left here with 4 boxes of pizza only to find out that it seems like they were... running with cheese and sauce. There where whole slices without toppings only sauce ,cheese and dough. even they don't knowhow to speak with customers on phone , they are really rude and don't listens their complaints.
