Was so excited to see they had a vegetarian imitation meat option but unfortunately the one I ended up with at least tasted... really bad, and the cost is not cheap. It had an overpowering oregano (?) flavour with a bad, crumbly, stiff texture. Thevegetables tasted fresh at least and the sauces had good flavour, though it was also missing a lot of vegetables that wereordered. For the price I'd rate this meal 1/5, but am adding one more in the review because at least the facility was clean.I've also adjusted the review to add another because a few years ago I did have good experiences here, and although I don't feelcomfortable sharing more specific information about my most recent visit with the email they provided in the reply before dohave hope that it isn't always this way now. Being a regular customer of Osmow's Halal Shawarma I really got surprised when staff told me the price of large platter is $26... instead $16. Quietly I walked out without saying anything. Overall the customer service at this location has been decent. Not super amazing customer service skills but what more can you... ask for when just placing an order. The handful of times I?ve been to this locations for orders such as -Chicken on the rocks(rice) -Chicken on the stix (fries) -Chicken Salad -or a combination of either of the three just listed. I?ve had a order wherethe garlic sauce hasn?t been placed evenly over my orders. Then also having one situation when my chicken on the Stix tastedflavourless. As if they didn?t season the chicken/cook the rotisserie meat properly. Overall Osmows is a chain that has itsdishes to a consistent standard throughout.
