Osmows please TRAIN your employees properly!! I would give 0 stars if I could. I called 3 locations to ask 1 simple question.... First one hung up on me after making me wait while he took 4 customers. Second one told me that 30 pitas would cost $180...Third one the lady clearly wasn't raised with manners... Well my husband and I bought the lamb on salad and beef on salad....The salad was doused in too much sauce and dressing and... had an inch of liquid on the bottom. So much that it leaked through the container and the bag we brought the food home...themeat was dry and granular. I assume the reason for putting so much sauce on everything. Disgusting service. I would never recommend someone to go at this store. I ordered chicken on the rocks medium spicy and they... made it super spicy and later when I got free from my job and called the store to advise the same the guy asked me to send thepicture on his phone. He was adamant and asked me that why I am calling after 6 hrs to report about the food. Very very poorservice. Please never visit this store. Read more
Osmow's is one of our family's favourite fast food places. Food is consistent both in portion and taste at all locations.... However this Kennedy/Queen location has a big problem. Do the employees know how to handle food properly. I watch one of thestaff with rubber gloves on handle cash and punch in on the cash register etc and then proceed to handle and make wraps for bothin store customers and for online orders. This was so casually done. Whats the point of the gloves? To keep you hands clean,yet you can contaminate client food and all the food and cooking tools at the location....Site Manager......you need someserious training here...!! Would not like to see an imposed closure due to failed food handling. Read more
Always fresh....beyond meat cooked upon order. Sauce nice and HOT!! Unlike a recent visit to another location close... by!! Definitely one of my 'go to' places. But it is getting expensive, for a fast food joint! Read more
Food Prices have gone up everywhere, but stay modest here at Osmow?s. The taste is good, wraps are big, chicken is well cooked... and tasty. The menu has plenty to offer and always worth coming back to. The food is prepared immediately and the wait time isvery reasonable. Try the wrap, half and half or the salad. All worth it. Read more

Got chicken on stiks for takeout . Literally no garlic sauce and very less chicken quantity.
