Ordered $60 worth of food on the Osmow's mobile site. Estimated time for food to be ready for pickup was 30 minutes. 10 minutes... later, estimated time changed to 45 minutes. This was at around 4 p.m., so before the dinner rush. When I entered therestaurant, it was not busy at all. Three employees were working - not one of them greeted me or said hello or asked me if Iwanted to order. Food was ready at 30 minutes, so good thing I went there early, otherwise it would have been sitting there,getting cold. No ketchup packages provided for fries, no napkins or cutlery provided. Spent 15 dollars for a chicken box and it's only half. Not fair. Half of the box was empty!!!! Response after owner's... Response: I have visited on Friday the 4th of November around 6:15 pm. If it's in ounces then fix your box size. I haveparticularly asked and i was told we sell by box! Your answer doesn't justify. I have even the pics for proof. Should have listened to the recent reviews, Their portion size for a medium chicken and rice are twice as less compared to any... osmow's I been to. Chicken was dry and garlic sauce wasn't good either. Read more
We just placed an order and drove back home. 1 hour ride. Osmow?s really needs to change their take out container since our... dinner was completely a disaster. Picture speaks for itself. Management needs to really invest more $$$ in their containers. I Read more
I'd like to know who is running the place now. I havent been in a while and while my chicken wrap was still good, it's not the... same taste as before. My wrap was very difficult to eat because it was exploding and the pita had rips all over the place not tomention that when I took it out of the bag it was barely wrapped. Don't think I'll be rushing back anytime soon. Read more

Gave me food poisoning, and it tasted so awful that my friend and I each threw out most of our two chicken on the rocks. This... was January 31st 2022 and was the last time I will ever eat osmows. I have eaten hundreds of chicken on the rocks over the last10 years from this location and it has become steadily worse each year. The chicken is dry, tasteless and full of cartilage. Thegarlic sauce is so bland it might as well be yogurt. The rice is cold and stale. And now it made me sick. This location is notstruggling, why cut corners for pennies and ruin the reputation.
