i have been going to this place for 5 years, it used to have good customer service,amazing hakka food including the chilli... chicken and man i got to tell they had some good chilli chiken. now that i go there it lacks good customer service, the staff isso rude,the sign outside said hakka food but then when i go inside they say they dont serve it. defenitly not recommending to myfreinds and advise you not to go there as well. there are plenty of other rusterants in the city that are way better then thisplace. I just want to say it takes a lot for me to take time and make a review. I really felt like this place needs a way lot more... praise than it's getting. The food here is amazing!!! My kids love the chicken fried rice with veggies and I love their hakkaszechuan chicken its amazing. If you haven't tried it you don't know hakka! And in general I think every hakka dish has beenamazing so far my favorite is the szechuan chicken with szechuan chicken fried rice. YUM! Read more
Walked in on a Saturday night and felt like I had just walked in to a stranger's living room uninvited. Leers from the male... patrons and a general feeling of unwelcoming. Also, the sign says they offer takeout but there was no clear area to place anorder and no menu around Read more
The food is good but they never pick up their phone, consistently change portion sizes, and are just very unreliable to deal... with. Sometimes they will show up as open on skip the dishes but cancel the order after you basically contact skip and make themcancel it for you. Edit: reply to owner- I have been coming here and ordering food since you guys have been shang-rilla and justfrom the times you guys changed your containers you can tell the portion size has gotten smaller. As for the skip the dishes,its happened more than once where i have placed an order and after waiting nearly an hour for you to confirm i have to contactthe app and they tell me you are closed or that they cannot contact you. Your food is amazing i really like it your service isjust inconsistent. I want to order from you and ask my friends to do the sane but idk if its worth the risk. Read more

Good place to hang out with friends for some drinks and a nice meal. Bartender (not sure if he was the owner) was extremely... attentive to our needs and constantly checked up on us. Prices are good as well. Ordered the mixed vegetables with fish in theirsignature sauce and it was really tasty and left me satisfied. I will definitely visit again. Read more
Newly renovated... Nice small and cosy atmosphere. The service was excellent. The gentleman who attended to us was super... friendly and made us feel welcomed. He answered all our questions and helped with some recommendations. Great place to grab abeer and watch the game. The chilli chicken and fried rice was very good and they made it extra spicy for me. Do they even know how to cook There menu food? Tasteless, dried and half cooked there best goat dish uncooked at many. Spoiled... the mood, threw in the garbage. Not worth the exorbitant price they charge. Stay away from this place.I used to work as a goodrestaurant my self. I recommend for them so many friends there business supporters but I was been after long time who wasserving the food those person call boss he was completely dronk even so may guest were waiting there are no response.
