I just ordered a sub here literally 15 mins ago. After Nav asked me for my toppings, she asked if i want it grilled/toasted, and... it being a mtl smoked meat sub, of course it would need to be toasted. Regardless, I get home and unpack, and its cold as ice.There was nobody else in the store except me when i ordered. HOW can you mess up a single sub order ? Waste of money and timeand she needs to rethink her life motives on her own time. Disgusting. Read more

The food was ok, the service and ambiance is where those 2 stars went away. When we walked in, there was a talk radio station... playing at a volume that made it harder to communicate with the person working behind the counter. To add to this there was alanguage barrier that made ordering our 2 subs even harder. When trying to ask what we would like on our subs, the server justkept motioning over the toppings and repeatedly asked "Yes please?". It was a confusing experience to say the least. Went here for subs. At time to pay i used a gift card sent to me by Mr. Sub, my card wouldn't swipe. I told the girl there, she... said swipe again. I did and still nothing, she asked what card it was. I showed her and she made a snorting sound and said, wellI can't do anything about it. I asked if she was able to key the numbers in. She said no. Can't do anything. I had used thecard at another restaurant earlier, and the person there, said no problem and keyed in the numbers. Customer service sucks here. Read more

I visit this Mr Sub quite often and I really enjoy it. The staff are very friendly and always remember my order. If there ever... is a problem, which is very rare, the staff correct it right away and I am always satisfied with the customer service. The breadis always fresh and the toppings always taste good and are high quality and fresh. Great spot for a quick lunch. Price are goodfor the quality, customer service and food that you get. We had a lovely dining experience at this location. I called my order in directly to the restaurant and the woman on the phone... was very professional and easy to speak with. The pick up process was simple and the subs were made fresh in front of me. Theywere made correctly and all the ingredients were fresh and tasted great. They had the freshest tomatoes I've tasted in a while.The bread was nice and fresh. All in all we had a very positive dining experience and will definitely return in the future. Read more
