The food was ok, the service and ambiance is where those 2 stars went away. When we walked in, there was a talk radio station... playing at a volume that made it harder to communicate with the person working behind the counter. To add to this there was alanguage barrier that made ordering our 2 subs even harder. When trying to ask what we would like on our subs, the server justkept motioning over the toppings and repeatedly asked "Yes please?". It was a confusing experience to say the least. I just ordered a sub here literally 15 mins ago. After Nav asked me for my toppings, she asked if i want it grilled/toasted, and... it being a mtl smoked meat sub, of course it would need to be toasted. Regardless, I get home and unpack, and its cold as ice.There was nobody else in the store except me when i ordered. HOW can you mess up a single sub order ?
