The customer service is soo Pathetic I have never seen this in my entire life, I went to store at 8:45 pm On March 16 Night, The... girl was cleaning up, I ask her classic sub, She said my toaster is turned off I can only give u folded cheese and only whitebread, I ask for sub of the day then,and she turned her neck showed me clock and said its only 10-15 minutes so its notavailable, Then i walked out of store and said I will probably not give you trouble then.. Was coming to get a sub used the washroom before. The cashier there started banging on the washroom door telling me to hurry up... and then started yelling because I didn't get something before using the washroom. I had full intentions to buy a sub afterusing the washroom. Never seen such bad service don't come here, don't support this horrible restaurant. Read more

Mr. SUB has good options and their subs... standout from the traditional subway especially when you have them grilled. Overall it's a good place for a quick bite andnothing fancy to expect. Purchased two subs today and one of them had a hair in it. Very unfortunate as now I will not be returning to this location even... though I've been coming to it for almost two years now. Definitely recommend improving your health and safety standards as ahair in someone's food during a pandemic is scary and extremely unhygienic. Would not recommend this location at all. Read more
This is our go to spot for when we want something quick to eat, vegetarian friendly and delicious. The workers are really... friendly and professional, Iqbal in particular is very social, helpful and knows which items would be an issue for those withallergies. It is a clean place and have never noticed the food area be messy. The subs are well made, they don't skimp on thetoppings and they don't fall apart when I unwrap it to eat. They are so great that if you call ahead sometimes they will takeyour order on the phone to save you time. I've been to Mr. Sub at a lot of different places and by far this is my favorite. I came in yesterday morning & they only had 3 cookies. I came in today for more cookies & they had a bunch. I told the girl I... wanted 10 cookies & she?s like ?I can only give you 6? & I asked her why & she said ?because they don?t have anymore? & I askedher how that was my fault because I was a paying customer & refused to give me more than 6 cookies.
