NEVER AGAIN... Placed an order for a Big Mac combo and an XL coffee. The drinks were given to me and I was told the food was... still coming. I waited and some people who came after me got their orders and left, ok maybe they had small orders... anotherpatron asked how long I had been there. I looked at my watch and realized it was almost 25 minutes. He was also waiting aftergetting his drinks. I approached the manager to see what was happening and was told they didn't see my order on the screen so Imust have recieved it already. I assured her that that was not the case and showed my receipt. Long story it took 10 moreminutes to get my order and I only got a half hearted "Sorry" Never Ever again will I buy anything at this location!!! Read more
Service is pretty fast ( as expected from a fast food joint) few of the items from the menu are sometimes missing, other then... that it's your typical McDonald's. Read more
Service has always been upsetting, coming from someone who works in fast food. They easily get frustrated with customers when... busy. I highly suggest mobile ordering to help skip the big line. Read more
Long wait times, which I would understand if the order accuracy was there. Ordered with one person ahead of me, didn't get my... order until 6 or 7 people had ordered after me, which to be fair I ordered two double cheeseburgers plain, and some orders wereonly a coffee with muffin, but several orders were wrong or items were out of stock that they only confirmed with customersafter they paid. The one person ahead of me was still waiting when I got my order as well. Of course my order was also wrongwhen I finally got it but at that point there were probably close to 15 people waiting around for their orders or to have theirorders corrected, so I figured tough luck for me and left. I wish they could bring back mystery shoppers, the integrity to the Franchise. The employees have to care. You can order fries... and wait 15 to 20 minutes. What happened to prioritizing orders. Waited almost 30 minutes to find out that they are just makingmy order ?????????????????????????????????. Some kf the staff at this location are unapologetic and just vile. Why hire staffwho do not want to work and cannot keep track of their orders nor will they not apologize for making customers wait because theyare disorganized. Read more
Good place for good food. Service is fast even during the festive season. Employees are really hard working. Many people placed... the orders and went away but employees were trying their best to serve them hot food by yelling their guts off with the ordernumber, so that people can hear them and collect their order. Hats off to the employees here.... Read more
This mcdonalds is simply the worst. Lazy employees and super stingy. I ordered an oreo Mcflurry and what I got had 2 oreo bits... at most. Read more
There is always a huge line up with only one or two cashiers serving the customer, few employees at the food counter and also... long wait for food. They could add more employees to speed up the process to eagerly waiting customers for their food. Read more
