Every time I come to this location the front cashiers are ALWAYS soo delightful and helpful. Just as this afternoon, Ebony was... really nice and patient with all my requests. I actually go out my way to make it to this location because of this. Keep up thegood service, and great food. Oh and folks.. if you cant handle spicy food... just get regular or ask for light spice. Really excellent experience. I placed an mobile order for a 5:45pm pickup on Tues. Nov. 8 - approx. $100. I arrived right on... time, and my order was ready to go - I was in/out in under 45 sec. The staff member at the counter was friendly. The food wasgreat - everything I ordered was there. All the family members who were there commented how good the food was. It was a reallygreat experience overall particularly considering it was part of the dinner rush. I'll definitely order again, and I'm certainmy family will as well. Read more

The 4 piece chicken was super salty, could not make out any other flavors as the salt just overpowered it. Couldn't even finish... it. Then the taters had no salt, which is still alright. Probably would not order here in the future. Read more

Visited today and the quality has noticeably gone down. The chicken and big mary sandwich was not freshly made - tasted stale... and extremely hard to chew...had to throw most of it in the garbage. It was not edible nor worth my money. I will go to adifferent location going forward. Read more

First this review is about the just the new Nashvile Taters. As a vegan, the last time I checked they did not have any vegan... options. So ordered my food nearby and got these new taters. I find out they do have plant based options but are fried in thesame oil and fryer as the chickens. So if you are reading MBC, please change so that I can try as well. The taters, I expectedthem to be spicy, they were, but at best they mild or medium. Good, but did not meet our expectations. While eating them we didthing that they were too greasy, but almost at the end of the container we find a so much grease! That was excessive! Please docheck the pictures. Read more
