One of the main pillars of this franchise is hot and ready pizza, though every time I visit, I always have to wait for pizza... because cheese or pepperoni is never actually ready. I would recommend calling ahead or giving yourself time to wait 5-7 minutesfor your order. Read more
I ordered a regular large veggie pizza and apparently this location only serves 3 toppings in the pizza. Whereas, their website... advertises 5 toppings. According to the person I spoke to that?s how process large veggies pizzas over the phone. No one evenbothered to clarify this difference when They took my order over the phone. All other LC locations still provide 5 toppings.When I spoke to the person who took my order regarding this discrepancy, then hung up on me. Absolutely horrible experience andcustomer service. Walked in to place an order at 1:55pm. I was not acknowledged by any of the staff for over 5 minutes. When I asked for the lunch... combo (offered until 2pm) I was told no because it's after 2pm. I did inform them that I arrived before 2:00 and I was thenaccommodated. After I paid, I was told it'll take 10 minutes- which doesn't sound like it's "hot-n-ready". Today got cheese pizza which was almost without cheese feel like eating crust only, I used to go there, always got fully covered... crust with cheese, but this time it's empty from corners just on middle of it there was cheese and more sauce, called them, shedidn't even apologize for this.... First time trying Little Caesers and we had an excellent experience. We placed our order for the cheese bread online and got... update as soon as the order was ready. I had reached the pizzeria before the order was ready, so I was able to confirm that theemail notification for order completion came instantly. The cheese bread tasted great and was cooked just the right amount. Theprices are reasonable and serving sizes are good as well. We will definitely be trying out other items in the near future! I just ordered 3 large pizzas from Uber eats. all were undercooked and seemed like we were having raw base of the pizza and the... cheese wasn?t even melted. Ordered 3 topping pizza and came with 2 on one. Other one ordered mushrooms and got tomatoes. Kidsdidn?t even eat more than a slice. Felt like the $70 on 3 pizzas was an absolute waste.
