Well we had a delicious dinner. The food was number one. The service was over the top. Our waitress Colette was so attentive but... not too much. Couldn?t do enough for us. Great sense of humour. Made our evening very enjoyable. We are in Brampton for myhusband?s surgery and Colette wished him good luck on his surgery and recovery. Very lovely woman! Read more

Staying in Brampton for a sports trip and happened to find this little resto near our hotel. It maybe unassuming from outside... but the service and food are excellent! We highly recommend the salmon special - the sauce was delicious and the veggies andpotatoes were perfectly roasted. The kids loved their bacon cheeseburgers and the fries were crispy! After spending a week at this hotel, I finally decided to try the dinner at La Pergola, and I'm kicking myself for not doing it... sooner. Spent the last two days eating dinner here and they have been the best meals I've had during my stay in Brampton. Wow, totally amazing! The food was excellent! High 5 to the chef! The waitress Colette was an exceptional person, one of a... kind! She made us feel so welcome with her bubbly personality and was very successful at brightening our evening after havingsuch a stressful day. We decided to try this little place and we were not disappointed! I had a creamy chicken and mushroom with wedge potatoes and... grilled veggies. It was superb! It was not overflowing with sauce but the correct amount. My husband had a pork chop plate withmashed potatoes and veggies. It had a tangy, sweet but not overly sweet sauce to complement the pork. We enjoyed the grilledveggies which were perfect not mushy. Folks, come try this place out! We have been traveling through Canada now for 2 weeks andthis is one of our favorite places! It may be unassuming from the outside? but the Atlantic salmon special was outstanding! The cream sauce was perfectly... balanced, the grilled veg were pleasantly spiced. It was truly delicious. We had a delicious meal of pork chop in a peppercorn sauce with wonderfully fresh vegetables. The pork was moist and tender and... it came with choice of potatoes. This was the special of the day, and Collette recommended it, and we loved every bite. Read more
