We ordered big box meal with 4 chickens and fries, the only thing that is Big is the BOX, CHICKENS are so small. Not worth it!
Quality of chicken was as bad as it could get. It was too salty and oily. Also the chicken was not fresh.
Came to pickup order everything is fine no issue at all managers are so friendly
The food was okay.The cashier was okay...it was her first day yesterday. My issue is one worker who decided to use his ungloved... hands to put wongs in the fryer. He touched surfaces,his nasty pants,various unwiped surfaces then TOUCH THE FOOD ITEMS.I askedhim if he wears gloves and he replied yes but he was on a break.I reminded him that even if you are helping to prepare someone'smeal,you don't get to touch their food. He only repeated " yea but I was on a break and was just helping". He could've just comethe washroom on his break and touched everything. Gotta be consistent with sanitary practices,even if you are helping on abreak. There is not time out on contamination. Read more
Location is conveniently located in the centre of mall. Neat and clean and all necessary Covid precautions were in place. The... manager or the supervisor was veri friendly. I have given 1 star for the cashier at the order desk and wish there was an optionfor even less. I don?t know if the person was a trainee or what. First I was over charged then I found my food stuff missing. Ihad a valid discount coupon which was not honoured I could not understand why. Over all when my food came it was cold. The cookis not great either. Bottom line watch your bill what you are charged for and what is inside your bag handed over to you. Allin all horrible experience. Since re-opening in July 2021, this was my 1st choice of SWB Food Court selection - KFC! When I was in high school during 1980's... I worked at a KFC in Dufferin Mall. Shout Out to AMRINDER & YOUNG WOMAN at cash who served me with great enthusiasm to satisfyanother Colonel Sanders loyal customer - i have never eaten such a leg of that size ???????? and I am hooked on their gravysince I was an employee, I still crave it.
