Good tasting food but very poor because customer service was not good. I ordered and wasn't completely finished when cashier... said next window. I went to next window to recheck my order and xhange it and she got mad at me saying why I didn't change itwhen I reminded her that she told me to come pay. Usually go to drive thru for my lunch break and food is usually decent. Went today and when I got back to work to eat my lunch,... the food was not good. Honestly recent visits to this location. Have been felt rushed and rude on explaining food items or just for the workers to... repeat themselves as it a difficult to hear them through the intercom. I was not being rude or impatient yet I was handled withsuch bad customer service. Then also was dealt with offers after I?ve made my order as I place a order for 1 thigh and 1 drum,but only after I?ve paid they decided to let me know they have ran out of those options. So they replaced it with 3 wingspieces. And when I ask on why? The workers just gave an attitude response, but not even offering a refund for the item I didn?twant. The worst night manager ever. I don?t know how a big brand like kfc is allowing this. Staff helped me out. But the manager... wasn?t ready to admit that they made mistake. So she asked staff to not interfere. The manager was. I think Chinese. (Fromslang). She was so rude and not even ready to hear the complain. Food made us very sick after, the lady was very rude with us, we were inquiring about the Nachos and when we decided to just... skip it cause she wasn?t explaining anything properly and was all over the place. She then tried to guilt trip us because thefood which we hadn?t even ordered yet, was already being made. There was no line up, there was no need to rush us, and how canyou start making an order for someone when they haven?t even paid yet, my worst decision was not just walking out and saving mytime, brain cells, and stomach.
