They served me burnt, and half uncooked kettle chips for my takeout order, how rude and unprofessional, zero value for price.... Couldn't even finish my chips, so thought of giving it 1 star for wasting my money. Please train your chef on frying. I havealso added picture of what I was served. Read more
This resturant needs to evaluate its service, atmosphere, staffing and food. We arrived to the resturant a group of 8, there... was a scissor board advertising a BBB burger, the hostess was clueless what the three B's meant as we were guessing beef, baconand? We were seating quickly. The resturant was freezing cold and we were seated under a vent. We actually moved tables as itwas not comfortable. We were served a Shirley Temple, 7-up, Pepsi and gingle ale. All tasteless, the server was kind enough tocheck and determine the syrups were out. Re-made the drinks. From the time we were seated, it took over 60minutes to have foodbrought to the table. The piece of chicken on the burger was a joke. Potato skins were like cut up fried potatoes and tasteless.Chicken wings were disgusting and not eaten. Do note fries with wings are extra (not included) The parmesan cheese is notshredded infront of u like most other resturants. It was a very poor expirence over all. No value for the money we spent there,the atmosphere is a faded memory of what used to be a great neighborhood bar. The time it took to order and be served wascompletely unacceptable. Very frustrating evening. After a 12 hour emergency shift I met my sister and her fiancé for dinner at Kelsey’s. We weren’t... addressed for ~20 minutes, but the manager then took our order. He came back 15 minutes after ordering to tell us we would needto take our order in take out containers because the dishwashers went home. We were a little upset but at this point thereweren’t many options so we said okay. Our food came out ~10 minutes later all at different points in take out containers,servers were saying they didn’t know why we were being served like this and we were asked if we were packing up when wehadn’t even gotten cutlery to eat with. Part of our meal was very over cooked, thankfully the waitress took it off the billhowever the order was received incorrectly. At the end of the night it was still a $100 dinner somehow.. extremely disappointedand exhausted.. Read more
The server took around 45mins to take our order and then another hour to bring our order without any cutlery. We had wait... another 15mins for cutlery. Chicken fingers were double fried, the rice and Salmon fish were super dry and didn’t even tastegood. We went after reading good reviews but very disappointed at this location. We went today, and it was excellent food and services..!! 10/10. Waitress was very friendly, they were keep making sure, we are... getting the best. Selena waitress was so great. And we mistakenly order wrong one mojito and she (girl who maintains drinks) wasvery friendly she replaced our drink into the one which we wanted later. We thought we won’t get another one. Long wait to be seated; long wait for a server to attend the table; and, long wait for food to arrive. My friend and I enjoyed... our chicken, goat cheese, beet salad. Sweet potato fries were excellent. Crispy fish sandwich and Caesar salad that accompaniedwas a 5/5 for my dining partner. Avoid this location at all costs. We waited 15-20 min just for waitress to show up. She was horrible, hardly ever came to our... table, service was so slow and it wasn't even busy. She kept walking around scratching her head and pulling her hair. Halfprice wings are half price for a reason. They come out cold and rubbery. They taste like chicken wings you get in the freezerdepartment of a grocery store. My Thai curry bowl flavor was good, however portion small. The noodles are not Shanghai, theylook like cheap ramen noodles. Chicken salad came out charred. Food came with no cutlery, straws too small for the glass. Wewere offered a desert and given $5.50 discount. They should not have charged us for the wings. The entire experience wasdreadful and not what a family with young kids need. The bathrooms smell gross and nothing is upgraded to be automated duringcovid. At least install automatic faucets. I don't think I've ever experienced such service and food. Never goingback. Update:. The reviews on here are fake. In the past week alone there have been so many new accounts putting reviews. Theyare naming servers and one of the names is popping up so many times and it's the same waitress we had. Totally fake reviewsfrom friends I'm sure. Read more
