The worst biryani we ever ate in canada, We ordered fry peice biryani and chicken dum biryani, both taste the same the only... difference is the name, and raju gari pulao is even worse - plain rice mixed with oily chicken pieces . I love biryani and keep trying from different places, sadly this was the most underwhelming. Ordered chicken and goat biryani... and both looked same. Mutton Biriyani was way better, that is the only reason I am giving 3 stars, did not like the chickenbiryani. Both were more oily than required. We'd been taking out food from this place on almost biweekly basis for about a year now. Initially, most of their items were... superhit among my friends- rajugari goat pulav being on the top. Until recently, this pulav had lots of boneless meat. Slowly,the amount of meat began to decrease, then came the mixed version, and today it was more than 80% bones only -with no meat, butspice covering it! We do understand the slight inflation in price, but comprising the quality does not make any sense. We usedto love this place and hope that restaurant owners do think seriously about their food quality after reading such comments. Inorder to save a few pennies now, it's not worth chopping off your business forever! We ordered jumbo veg biryani for small party and the biryani was taste less with just boiled rice and boiled potatoes and... carrots rice was uncooked with chunks of white rice. They just spoiled our party I have ordered another food for my guest and itwas just garage, I never had in my entire life such biryani and never recommend anyone. I have been here before but every-time long wait but then food made me happy. Today i called for pickup and after ages they... prepared the food. Guess what i got stale noodles, then what i was waiting for so long if the food is not fresh. I have been seeing this restaurant on our way to home multiple times and thought to give it a try. Yesterday we called them... ordered the Family pack chicken biryani. Since it's the first time I asked how many people can eat one family pack. The lady onthe phone mentioned 2-3 people. So I thought that's good amount for the price and I ordered one family pack dum biryani. After Ireached there I paid and took the cover. After I checked the biryani box it's very normal box you would get for one person indifferent restaurants. It's little bit bigger but they are charging way more than the amount they are serving. I don'tunderstand how 3 people can eat that biryani. I think what they meant was have taste. So I requested the counter lady that Idon't want it and I want to get 2 separate biryanis instead of one small family pack for the same price. She said since Ialready paid the amount she can't do what I requested. And also she said we should have asked her before ordering the foodwhat's the size of the box. I really don't understand one thing here when customer called they ask for the recommendations forthe dishes not for the sizes. Anyway I asked her how many people can eat the family pack and she said 3 people. From belowpicture do you think that would be enough for 3 people?
