No greetings, no smiles at all on the employees? faces. Lettuce gone red. On asking why so, i was told its coming like that due... to food shortage. Beef patty was served cold. Had a burger and suspected it was under cooked and had to argue the point with employee...it had the distinct smell of raw... ground beef - made me ill. "No, no, no, it's perfectly cooked" , they said. Read more

Would rate at least 4.5 stars due to the hot and fresh food along with the friendly staff, but the dining in experience drops... Harvey?s to 4 stars. Not to say that the food isn?t worth returning to Harvey?s, but no functioning restroom to at least washhands before and/or after eating makes this less inviting to dine-in again. Read more

We did take out at this restaurant. Service was quick and efficient. The kids loved their food and of course the Harvey's French... fries are always delicious. We had burgers and chicken and both were tasty. If you need a quick bite to eat, this is a goodplace to stop. Close to the 410 and Steeles. Fast enough service..chicken burger was just okay. Protocols were outlines for SD but server did not change gloves that she used... to handle several burgers which were throughly touched as she handled toppings. Cross contamination should be a concern. Theytouch surfaces and bags etc as well. Changes gloves more often. Read more
