AWFUL PLACE - Avoid?infact please run away. They NEVER follow instructions. I had specifically requested a lot more veggies and... less Quinoa. Instead 70% of the dish was quinoa and 30% veggies. I have ordered from them twice and both times I have had thisexperience. They cheat their customers and places like this shouldn?t be allowed to continue if this is how they treat theircustomers. Asked for a chicken Teriyaki bowl with quinoa instead of rice, got home and there was no chicken in my bowl. Employee claimed I... never said chicken when I called back and told her what happened ....funny enough, It's actually the ONLY thing I ever orderwhen I go to Freshii, so I know what I said!! Very clean restaurant with well trained staff. Staff was polite and knowledgeable and very efficient at preparing the food.... Several items on the menu are gluten free which is perfect for a Celiac like me. Current favorites are the bamboo bowl and thebutternut squash soup. Read more

First time i went there in person. Did not know what I was doing at all. Wish I knew the name of who checked me out bcos he was... so patient with me. The protein bowl was A1 as well. All staff were great. Read more
First time in and certainly won't be my last. Had a desire for a nice salad and their selections was vast and enticing. Client... service was A1 as I struggled to make my combination I was assured they would meet my needs. Settled on a Cobb salad combo andit was a good choice as I enjoyed every bit of it.
