I am regular customer of egg smart and I love the place thats why I always go and try a new location of Egg smart because its... awesome!! But this one location I went to October 31st, 2022 at 1:30pm something (I?m telling the time because I want to give afeedback about the server). The ambiance and place in itself is beautiful. I ordered fresh glass of orange juice and gardenveggie omelette. I was surprised because the orange juice in this location is not fresh but the boxed one. It tasted exactlylike Tropicana juice. And I?ve been dining at egg-smart for a good while now and I can tell if the juice is fresh or not. I toldthe server its not fresh to which she said they made the fresh juice in morning maybe thats why its bitter but luckily I saw thefridge right in front if me which had the boxed juice. Just this location didn?t have the fresh juice. Also the meal that Iordered the fruit portion was was way too small. Three cubes of melon and three blueberries and this never happened to me beforeat any other locations. One more thing was the service, the food was good but I am very dissatisfied and disappointed with theservice given to us by the girl because I felt like she didn?t want us to stay. She took the water off the table pretty quickwhen I was still drinking and I was not done yet and my friend was still drinking coffee and she said ?can I bring the bill?? Ifelt it was weird because we were still in the mid of our food and drinks and she just wanted us to go. Thats one thing but shealso the moment I finished my plate she immediately took it off the table without asking because I was still munching on myfruits. I did not like it at all. The food was good but again because the experience was ruined because of the server I don?tthink I will visit the location again. Amazing food and great presentation. I ordered takeout and it was ready within minutes. Very impressed with the quality of food.... The service was amazing. It was a busy Sunday lunch and they were very quick with everything. I was greeted right away andeverything was just perfect from there on. Keep up the good work guys. My favorite breakfast place. Very nice, clean and welcoming place. Professional staff, great food and fantastic service. Servers were polite and helpful.... Food was freshly prepared and was brought out promptly. I would definitely recommend this place for breakfast/lunch. The managerand server came back and checked on us a few times and made us very comfortable. Amazing staff!! Thank you guys!! Nice atmosphere. Food was ok, but serving sizes were not as generous as most other breakfast places. They had a lot of people... working, which I appreciated, but it seemed that the service was still slower than one would expect. But everyone was nice andprofessional.
