I don't typically write reviews which I should do, since I always check out others reviews. I wanted to share my incredible... experience I had dealing with Harry. My daughters kindergarten class started doing pizza lunch's and due to personnel reasonsthe deadline was missed by myself and my husband. I tried seeing if the school would open up the registration to add my childthey said it wasn't possible. I contacted the Dominos head office and left several messages with still no reply. Then Iexplained the situation to Harry and the level of support and prompt responses he provided me with was just amazing and sograteful. He managed to pull a bunch of strings to make pizza day happen for my 4 year old daughter who would of been so sad anddevastated if all her other friends got pizza coming in and she didn't. This post may not mean much to a lot of people of maybeonly touch the people that have kids or nieces and nephews. So it doesn't even matter I still want to wholeheartedly thank youHarry as I didn't get pizza lunch's growing up as a kid and not that it was my parents faults they just didn't know. I wouldn'twant my daughter to feel that same sadness so you really came through in working with your team and head office in the past fewdays. Ps. We used to live across the street from this location for about 1.5 years and we ordered almost every week. loved thepizza and never had any issues with the order or service. Thank you ! Read more

Domino's pizza is my favorite. I ordered pizza this past Sunday and it wasn't cooked properly. This has happened twice to me. I... even called the restaurant, asked them to cook it properly but pizza was bit raw and hard. I hope to speak to manager or ownerof the restaurant so they can fix this issue and I can enjoy eating pizza. Read more

I order medium size pizza last night near 1 pm and one girl is working only I don?t know is she frustrated or what I order for... two dipping sauce but I received only one and no proper toppings large piecse of onions and green and red pepper and notproperly granished as you can see in picture?.. we back from work and waiting for order and she give aa worst service and wehave to through it? if she is working on night shift guys we also come after doing night shift and we received worst pizza . I went there for the first time and I ordered an large pizza . The cheese was totally black from the top and there was only 4... slices of tomatoes, green peppers and onions. I?ll give them 0 star for the customer service. When I called at the store shetold me that we can give you $10 credit only . It does not make any sense to take that credit. That was my first and lasttime . I?ll never go there for the next time . As they charge from the customers they should give us proper stuff. Read more

I order from this dominos often but tonight I experienced some the worst customer service I've had since coming to this... location. I was waiting at the door one of the two women that were inside to unlock the for me but none of them made an attemptto open the door so I went to the second door because I assumed they didn't see me or didn't hear me when I pulled up the firstdoor. After going to the second door one of the women motioned me to go BACK to the first door. As I walked back to that door, amale employee walked around me and went in through the door I was just waiting at!!! To add insult to injury, he let in two menwho were also regular customers coming to pick up an order. I asked the woman at the counter what was the point of what she justdid and she said it was for "security purposes"??? So why let the other two customers in through the other door then?! Noapology for her blatant disrespect. This is the exact reason I stopped ordering from another pizza chain because their employeeshad terrible manners. No one is obligated to spend their money with your establishment. Leave your prejudice attitude at homeand do your job instead of bringing down the very business that pays your wages. Shameful.
