Great location, great hours but 1 staff on will not grow your business. All the other locations have 3 to 10 staff on and my... concern was slow service. are the staff taking hygenic steps, the room was cold as thermostat was clear to public set at 65. We reached this store an hour before they close but the lady who closes the store at the end of day refused to serve us and told... us not to sit in the store for eating despite rain outside. The lady who works here is bit rude. Will never go again here Read more

We ordered 4 blizzards.. they were not blended properly.. the toppings were not adequate for the size of the blizzard. Half of... the blizzard was just plain ice cream? for one of the blizzard, we requested it to only have 2 ingredients. They charged usextra to place this request and they didn?t get the order right. This location will need to focus on ensuring their work ethicsare morally and ethically grounded. I am trying to support local businesses but poor practices such as above will make itdifficult to do so. Read more

I wish I looked at the reviews before coming to this location. Service is so SLOW because there are literally 2 people running... this place in summer. Staff/owners do not have any experience of being courteous either. Worse location ever. Literally writingthis review waiting for my order since past 10 mins. You can save up employee cost but you are losing customers. Read more

Horrible. I entered the store to order a small smarties blizzard with fudge and there was ONLY this one man (Indian) working the... entire shop. Terribly slow service the entire time. When I finally ordered I noticed that he wasn't even preparing my order,instead he was making the orders of the people that had ordered after I did. So I stood there and after 15 minutes I finally gotmy blizzard. I waited 15 minutes for a SMALL blizzard. I returned to the store with my mom after seeing that there was barleyany fudge in the blizzard and told him. This is where he proceeded to scoop out the blizzard into two cups and SLAM them down toprove to us there was fudge. He was yelling and not providing service. Not very pleasant. Read more

I been to this location today.only one employee is working there, she working great to manage the rush. Owner or manager should... schedule more staff especially during rush hours. Apart from this I ordered the buster bar which barely have any peanuts andfudge. Not happy. Read more

The large ?fan first promise? poster is very ironic given that the lady, presumably the owner, isn?t capable of smiling or a... warm welcome to customers. If you?re that unhappy as a person, you probably shouldn?t own a restaurant and work the frontcounter . . . The prices seem higher than at other locations too. And since there?s only a single person working, taking ordersand making food, it can take a while to get what you ordered. The food itself was fine. We usually go to the location on Queenand Centre where the owner is much nicer and they have fast and friendly service. Unfortunately, they don?t have hot food there. Read more
