I?ve been drinking Brown Sugar milk tea since 2018 when it was super popular in Taiwan. You need to teach your staff to listen... to regular customers when they notice a problem. We ordered the brown sugar latte or and told the worker it didn?t have enoughbrown sugar and she continued to push saying that?s regular brown sugar. She stated she shook the drink that?s why it lookslike that. Long story short they replaced it but it?s a hassle when the employee did a mistake and won?t on up to their ownproblem and have an attitude when making a drink to a regular customer. Read more

Workers have an attitude problem compared to other Coco Fresh Tea locations. They could care less for your drinks when picking... up your order. Don't even bother showing your confirmation code on your phone. Just give a name and they will give you any orderin front of them. Read more
