When I walked in they were a bit busy , I had to wait a good 10 mins to be served. Fine no problem I understand your busy. Staff... didn?t change gloves often , no one in that establishment had a hair net on. All the girls had a hat on with hair in a bun. I?ma manager in a restaurant and if this was my store, 100000% unacceptable. Your working in a fast food chain, your hair should becovered with a hair net. Point being I was starving and excited to eat only to get home and see a black hair in my food. That?sdisgusting. Read more
This burrito Boyz is the best ever. I literally called to pick up my order placed it on the phone! They mentioned it will take... 5-8 mins. Right on time the Quality of the food was amazing fresh yet healthy. I asked for my sauces on the side everything wasspot on. Read more
This location was clean and well run. It is relatively new and has nice high ceilings and clean floors/tables. The food was what... you would expect from burrito boyz. The toppings were fresh and the shrimp I ordered was cooked perfectly which is always hit ormiss with other locations. If you want to avoid waiting, call ahead and they will have your food ready for pickup. I wouldrecommend this location if you're nearby. Read more
One of my favorite locations (there's a location closer to my home but I will drive the extra ten minutes to this location.) ... The staff its self is amazing they literally go above and beyond. I'm surprised to notice the amount of customers the staff ison first term basis with its amazing especially Avneet she's my favorite the rest of the staff is wonderful as well lets. First time visiting this location and seems brand new. The staff were friendly the service was quick. Ordered a veganized... ground soy Naked Burrito Bowl and a veganized Bean and no Cheese burrito. The good thing about BB is they replace the cheesewith guacamole at no extra cost. The toppings were filled generously. I?ve been to this location several times. I find the food quality to be hit or miss; ie missing toppings, missing sauces,... incorrect hot sauce level (spiciness), vegetable toppings cut way too big. I usually order the steak burrito. The customerservice is good. More often than not I find myself travelling to a further location just to get a more consistent order. Read more
