This is fairly good place for Mexican food and taste is often predictable. Burritos and their bowls offer various mix n match... varieties and generally decent. Quesedia on the other hand was a bit disappointing as it was not fully cooked as the ingredientskept falling off as though someone was very frugal with the cheese. My last 4 burritos were spicy and I couldn?t eat them. Each time I told them I want it mild and 0 spicy as I have a sensitive... stomach and can?t handle it. Today I was on the phone with the manager and explained to him what happened the previous timeswhen I ordered food and he confirmed that it will be 0 spicy for this order. When I picked up my burrito it was saying ?Lilspicy? again and it was too spicy for me. I don't know how hard it can be to follow simple instructions. I will not go hereagain!! Read more

We ordered 5 burritos and 3 burrito bowls that each had their ups and downs. It did not taste the same as it did before. Quality... has gone down from before. We asked for extra burrito sauce but it was not added in any of them. It seems something was changedfrom all of our previous orders. The WORST PART THE STAPLES IN THE TISSUE. I hadn?t had the chance to review this location when it happened (January 21st 2022), but I wanted to give an honest review... after the fact because I?m still grossed out by the thought of it. I bit into my bean and cheese burrito, and within the firstbite, a long strand of hair came out with it. I immediately spit it out and tried to see if it was mine but it was clearlywithin the burrito and fell at some point during wrapping. I?m not sure how it wasn?t noticed while being wrapped as I only had2 toppings inside apart from the beans and cheese (lettuce and sour cream), but it was a very long and very curly black piece ofhair. I called the store and they offered to remake it if I drove back or else offered store credit after seeing the photos Isent to the email they provided. They could not perform a refund over the phone. The only reason I?m giving this review 2 starsis because I appreciate the manager trying their best to fix the situation, but I?m still disgusted by it even having happened. Read more
Wow, great job guys! I hadn't eat at this location for quite a few months and I thought "why don't I give the Bramalea location... a chance again". They more than delivered...they have returned back to their awesomeness that they were a couple of years ago. These were probably the best burritos we've had in our life. Even called the restaurant to let them know. Thank you guys!(look at the pictures below and see how the ingredients were evenly distributed through the whole burritos...veggies were freshand the meat was hot and delicious...I have the burritos sauce on the side). The food is great tasting, as a Latino, that meat was definitely well seasoned. Also the beans weren?t salty AND THEY STILL HAD... A PRESENT FLAVOUR. Would eat here again. The burrito was heaven in a wrap too. The only thing was it takes way too long to makethe food there and the workers bump into each other because the place is way too tight. Please make some changes! Burrito boys definitely have it down as to their burritos and quesadillas. I have no complaints here or any location. But I have... recognized recently they no longer serve a lime wedge with their orders. Read more
